What are the steps to get a job in RBI?
RBI Assistant Selection Procedure
As per the recruitment held previously, the selection is done through online examinations that will be followed by a language proficiency test in one’s local/official language.
1. Online Preliminary Examination (Objective Test)

How You can become an RBI grade A officer?
There is no direct recruitment for RBI Grade A, except for Rajbhasha Officer.
RBI Assistant became eligible for Grade A post after completing 3 years of service and appearing for the inter-bank exam. Successfully passing the exam and having a good service record will promote Assistant to Grade A post.
If you are graduated in Hindi, then you can appear for the direct recruitment exam for RajBhasha Adhikari.
Also, there is Grade Post for Assistant Manager (Security) which has no exam, only an interview.
